Mary’s career includes more than 28 years of intensive study and practice in the Real Estate-Mortgage banking field and consists of various colleges and Real Estate school training with accredited and non credit clock hours. I have been taught by the leading financial people from all over the
United States as ongoing continued education is extremely important to stay on the cutting edge in the market movement. Week long book camps and 2-3 day financial seminars are part of the training I have taken in the past and continue to take.
As a Mortgage Real Estate Planner and Cash Flow Specialist I have received specialized training on how to meet financial Real Estate investment goals and I enjoy spending time consulting on Real Estate planning with clients.
My background is extensive in the mortgage lending field both as a teacher and Investor. As a loan officer I have taken a sub prime loan and made it a prime loan which allowed better rates and fees for the client. I work in both the prime and sub prime market and my team specializes in each.
As a currant homeowner and Investor I practice daily what I encourage clients to do – build wealth through real estate and investing. Starting with the importance of owning your home as a beginning to your financial future, and then if they would like to become an investor.
Whether you are a new or seasoned investor I provide training and ongoing free classes for you as well as support groups to help along the path of an investor.
